Every Niki Newd fresh skin care product is made to order and freshly blended in small batches — never stored, never sitting in a warehouse. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days depending on the day of ordering, straight from our studio to your door.

Below you will find estimated delivery times once your order has been shipped. International deliveries are handled by FedEx, or UPS.

Free shipping on orders over €400 within the EU & UK and USA.

EUROPEAN UNION & UK

• FEDEX 25€, 2-4 Days 
  This shipment method is not possible for deliveries including Skin Cream and/or Skin Mist.
• FEDEX EXPRESS 40€, 1-2 Days
  This shipment method for deliveries including Skin Cream and/or Skin Mist. This method includes essential cool packaging.
• Mallorca and the Balearic Islands regular shipping: FEDEX 50€ Special transport rates, 3-4 days
• Mallorca and the Balearic Islands (This method includes essential cool packaging.): FEDEX 80€  Special transport rates, 3-4 days. This shipment method for deliveries including Skin Cream and/or Skin Mist. 

USA, SWITZERLAND & NORWAY

• FEDEX or UPS 27€, 2-5 Days 
  This shipment method is not possible for deliveries including Skin Cream and/or Skin Mist.
• FEDEX or UPS 45€, 2-3 Days
  This shipment method for deliveries including Skin Cream and/or Skin Mist. This method includes essential cool packaging.

JAPAN & KOREA

• FEDEX 35€, 3-5 Days 
  Due to long delivery times, we are currently unable to deliver Skin Cream and Skin Mist to these countries.

SINGAPORE

• FEDEX 49€, 3-4 Days 
  This shipment method is not possible for deliveries including Skin Cream and/or Skin Mist.

FINLAND

HELSINKI CITY CENTER

• Free: Pick up from Niki Newd Store & Beauty Studio, Kapteeninkatu 26, Helsinki.  We will personally notify you once your products are ready for pick up.
• 13,90€: Courier deliveries during office hours between 12-16

ALL DESTINATIONS IN  FINLAND

• Posti 8,00€, 3-6 business days.
  This shipment method is not possible for deliveries including Skin Cream and/or Skin Mist
• Posti Express 20,00€, 1-2 business days.
  This shipment method possible only for deliveries including Skin Cream and/or Skin Mist.
  Please note that there may be occasional delays in the Posti delivery times and that Niki Newd is not responsible for the delays.

AUSTRALIA, ARGENTINA, BRAZIL, PERU & NEW ZEALAND

• FEDEX 40€, 3-5 Days 
  Due to long delivery times, we are currently unable to deliver Skin Cream and Skin Mist to these countries.

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

Local VAT is included in our product prices. The recipient is responsible for any toll costs.

RETURN POLICY AND RECLAMATION

Please note that because our products are fresh and perishable, and made according to the orders, Niki Newd® products are non-returnable after shipment. Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. In case the product has been damaged in delivery, please contact Niki Newd® by the Contact Us Form on the niknewd.com site within 48 hours from receiving the order. In order for us to handle the complaint concerning damages to products occurred in delivery, the delivered product must be unopened and unused.

Niki Newd Oy reserves the right to modify terms for order and delivery at any time. Our customers are advised to see terms of order and delivery in force from time to time before placing an order.
